We've gotten to know and love D'Andra Simmons' mother, Dee Simmons, over the past two seasons of The Real Housewives of Dallas. But this season, D'Andra opened up about her late father, Glenn Simmons, to fans like never before.
Glenn, who was a prominent Dallas financier, passed away in 2013, but he has had and continues to have a profound impact on the lives of D'Andra and Momma Dee. "My late husband, Glenn Simmons, was probably the most amazing man I've ever, ever known in my life," Momma Dee recently told The Daily Dish.
Momma Dee opens up more about her late husband in the above clip, describing how their marriage was practically a fairytale romance. "The only thing he would get upset about, actually, he would tell me at least 25 times a day how much he loved me. I'd say, 'I love you, too,'" she recalled. "And finally, he said, 'Well, honey, don't you love me?' And I said, 'Honey, I've told you over and over and over, but you keep asking and asking.'"

Glenn made sure that his daughter D'Andra got to experience a love like this. He even "picked out" her husband, Jeremy Lock, according to Momma Dee.
Glenn definitely made his mark on this world, leaving a lasting impression on just about everyone he met. "Everyone looked at him as the kindest, [gentlest] soul they've ever known," Momma Dee gushed.
